Introduction
The Hotel Villa Völgy **** Wellness & Conference is located in the Valley of Beautiful Women (Szépasszony Valley), which is the world famous valley of wine-tourism, where hundreds of wine cellars carved in tuff stone are waiting for the guests.
The surrounding is very quiet, the imposing buildings of the hotel complex are encompassed by a 2 acre beautiful park, therefore the hotel is perfect for relaxation and recreation. The popular wine cellars and bars are just a few minutes walk away, so we recommend the hotel for those as well, who wish to get a taste of the cozy everyday life of the bustling Szépasszony Valley.
We provide our guests with 86 four-star rooms in 3 different buildings. The Superior rooms, which radiate noble elegance with their blue painted walls, are located in close proximity to our wellness area. They were renewed in January 2021. The other Superior wing, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the outdoor adventure pool, has a conference room in addition to the rooms.
The main building houses an exclusive design restaurant, the reception and the bar. Above this are two floors of Deluxe rooms, which create a relaxing atmosphere with their warm colours. The wellness area can be reached from the main building after a short walk through the park.
The charming colours of the wellness area, its tastefully designed interior decoration and the wide range of services ensure guaranteed relaxation throughout the year. During the stay, hotel guests can make a free use of the hotel’s open-air adventure bath from spring to fall (adventure pool with bar, paddling pool for kids) and the indoor wellness area (fitness gym with modern cardio and strengthening equipment, Jacuzzi, swimming pool and adventure pool, Finnish sauna, infra sauna, ice-steam and aroma cabin, salt chamber).
Our two restaurants offer a wide range of gastronomic specialties, not just the typical local dishes but specialties of the wellness cuisine as well. In addition, barbecue parties organized in the 100-seat covered patio and the wine tasting dinners in the hotel’s 60-seat wine cellar - under which guests can taste award-winning wines of the region’s finest winemakers - are also popular.
