You can learn about the Baroque town of Eger in Hungarian, English and German with the help of a tourist guide. The walks depart from early June until the end of October on every Saturday. Walking time: approx. 1.5 to 2 hours.

It is an every day possibility to learn about Eger and its surroundings during an exciting trip on a little train. Available from March to October, departing in every hour from Dobó Square, the sightseeing trip lasts ca. 50 minutes. You have the opportunity to get on the train in the Valley of the Beautiful Woman as well.

Visit one of the country's most popular tourist place, Szilvásvárad. In Szalajka Valley, the unfold streams, waterfalls, trout lakes provide a wonderful spectacle. If you wish to view all sights, take part in hiking or cycling adventures. Visiting the Cave, museums, and the Wildlife Park is a vital part of the excursions; even the railway journey to the breathtaking Veil Waterfall should not be omitted.

During the program you can view the downtown sights of Eger from a bird's eye view, followed by a sightseeing of A 30 km area above the mountain region, around the heat well near Egerszalók, the Szalók Lake and Szarvaskő, Szilvásvárad, and the picturesque landscapes of Felsőtárkány at the foot of Bükk Mountain, Eged Mountain, Síkfőkút and back to Eger airport.

• Take a bath in the shadow of the unique salt hill!

In Egerszalók there is a spa resort consisting of more than 20 pools and are waiting visitors to relax and recover. Rising from the deep, the thermal water is running down on the hillside while creating special limestone terrace formations, making these compositions unique in Europe. The upcoming calcium - hydrogen carbonated water created salt hill is at least 130 to 140 square meters high. Nestled under the pines, the well provides a really wonderful sight.
